Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all appurtenances related to the Work. The Work shall be as follows: 1. Construction of 72-inch raw water pipeline 2. Construction of a new mag meter vault equipped with two (2) 60" mag meters and all ancillary equipment. Includes civil site, excavation, concrete, miscellaneous. metals, electrical, and instrumentation improvements 3. Rehabilitation of the northern section of the flocculation area of Sedimentation Basin 1 to be equipped with new Raw Water Influent Box, Raw Water Blending Box, Rapid Mix, and Coagulated Water Distribution Structure as shown on the Contract drawings. 4. Rehabilitation of the remaining existing flocculation area of Sedimentation Basin 1 with new flocculation basins each equipped with new vertical impeller mixers and associated appurtenances. Includes concrete repair and addition of coatings. 5. Rehabilitation of the remaining portion of Sedimentation Basin 1 with flocculation flow distribution, solids collectors, floating scum removal, plate settlers, and associated appurtenances. Includes concrete repair and addition of coatings. 6. Rehabilitation and upgrades to the remaining three (3) sedimentation basins (Sedimentation Basins 2, 3, and 4) with new vertical impeller mixers, flocculation flow distribution, solids collectors, floating scum removal, plate settlers, and associated appurtenances. Includes concrete repair and addition of coatings. 7. Construction of 48-inch Raw Water and Basin Influent Piping 8. Construction of new sludge vaults, new sludge piping, ad associated appurtenances. 9. Construction of a new Bulk Chemical Building equipped with: a. New electrical room b. Bulk storage tanks for Zinc Orthophosphate (2), Liquid Lime (3), and Aluminum Sulfate (2) C. Feed pumps and skids for Liquid Lime (12) and Aluminum Sulfate (4) d. Aluminum sulfate transfer pumps (2) and day tank e. Transfer pumps (2) for Zinc Orthophosphate 1. Associated appurtenances for a complete and operable system. 10. Modifications and upgrades to the existing fluoride bulk storage area. 11. Modifications to the old chlorine room to be retrofit as the day tank area for Fluoride and Zinc-orthophosphate. 12. Rehabilitation of all dual media filters. 13. Modification of existing piping for all filters to include filter-to-waste (FTW) 14. Replacement of all filter valves and actuators including electrical and instrumentation improvements. 15. Replacement of backwash supply pump including but not limited to suction and discharge piping 16. Construction of two (2) Backwash Treatment Tanks and associated appurtenances 17. Construction of 24-inch backwash return piping. Includes segment above ground for 14-inch mag meter and 14-inch flow control valve. 18. Construction of a new Waste Pit Pump Station. 19. Rehabilitation of mechanical components of the Sludge Pump Station. 20. Construction of 30-inch backwash waste piping. 21. New FRP clearwell baffling in Clearwell No. 1 22. Modifications to the existing electrical building (EB 1). 23. New electrical building (EB 2). 24. Architectural improvements to all new structures as shown on the Contract Drawings, which includes improvements and upgrades to the Admin Building, the Filter Gallery (West and East) and the Filter Cross Gallery/Operations Area 25. Addition of complete fiber loop and modifications to major PLCs.
