Site work for an educational facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
As of January 14, 2025, this project has been completed as of late fall 2024. No further information is expected. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. LR Central HS Landscaping and Fencing at New Science Building and Field House - Landscape / Irrigation and Permanent Fencing at new ScienceBuilding and Field House of LRSD Little Rock Central High School Bids shall include all labor, material, taxes, insurance, equipment, freight, etc for a complete job / scope of work. If your bid or proposal on this project exceeds $50,000 please send a copy of your current Arkansas Contractors License. Bid bond is required for all bids exceeding $20,000. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness and the responsible lowest bidder will be notified. All bids will be taken under advisements. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed/registered on day of bid opening. Please let Andrew Schweizer(andrew.schweizer@nabholz.com ) know if you will or will NOT be bidding this project. If you plan on bidding, please let Andrew know what trade package(s) you will be bidding on. Should you have any questions concerning this project, please email them to Andrew Schweizer.
