Reference Number 0000354040 Service, Repair and Replacement of Small Air Conditioning Systems (< 80 tons) Various County locations, Westchester County, New York. The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, materials, parts and equipment required to service, repair and replace air conditioning equipment at various locations throughout the county, for two (2) years with an option to extend the contract for one additional two years by mutual consent of the parties with all pricing, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract. It includes performing inspections, troubleshooting, emergency service and also performing repairs on various types of air conditioning systems in the County treatment plants, pump stations, and other County facilities, as outlined in the contract specifications.
