Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work HMA base crushing and shaping, HMA milling, curb and sidewalk repairs, driveway repairs, storm sewer, sidewalk, new HMA pavement, pavement markings, and light fixtures. Principal items of work include but are not limited to 4,480 Syd HMA Base Crushing and Shaping 1,600 Syd Cold Milling HMA Surface 1,360 Ton HMA 560 Lft Curb and Gutter 3,790 Sft Concrete Sidewalk. Docs Notes : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office . City of Burton, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Email Paul O'Meara until June 20, 2024 at 5 p.m. at POMeara@rowepsc.com. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
