Construction, delivery, and installation of a new, two- story Library and Student Resource Center (LSRC), including all associated structural, civil, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and all associated sitework and utilities on an existing community college school campus. Sitework includes, but is not limited to, relocation of underground utilities, selective site demolition and clearing, pad preparation for the new building, installation of new utilities, and landscaping. It is the intent of the District to select an IOR firm to act as an agent for the District at the project site and provide assurance that the LSRC project is built according to the approved construction documents so that the Division of the State Architect, Office of Regulation Services can certify the Project work when complete.
