Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The work under this Contract includes construction of approximately 6,355 square feet building, site utility construction and general site work, and electrical. An Alternate bid for roof mounted solar photo voltaic panels is also requested. Est. Completion Date: May 2, 2025 bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid in the performance of this work, and that the work covered by this proposal is on a project assisted under a program providing direct Federal financing assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and is subject to all applicable provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C.1701u. The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay, Wisconsin, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening for purposes of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the Contract.
