Demolition and site work for a residential development in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Wrecker must apply for all appropriate permits prior to commencing work. Additionally, wrecker will be responsible for all utility cut offs/drops. All foundation walls shall be removed as part of the demolition, basement floor shall be cracked at 10' intervals and left in situate. All voids shall be filled with clean compactable fill and finished to match adjacent grade. All debris, trash and personal effects shall be removed, site to be seeded and strawed, payment will be made in lump after final inspection and approval. All salvage rights are assigned to the awarded bidder. The hazardous materials assessment also highlighted some areas within the structure that are covered with lead/cadmium paint, contractors are advised to have on file a policy stating that that their crews are aware of these materials and how to property handle during demolition. Award will be made on 6/24/2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
