Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sand Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The Fairfield Township Board is seeking sealed bids for upgrades and modernization to 9965 Brown St, Weston, MI. The project scope is listed as follows: Exterior 1. Replace roof with 30-to-50-year shingles. 2. Replace vinyl siding with steel siding w/ wainscong. (color to be determined) 3. Replace all exisng windows and the South walk-in door. Install 1 new walk-in door on Southwest corner. (see plans). 4. Replace all guters. 5. Demo block on West end, lay block for new openings. (see plans) Interior 1. Demo interior block walls. (see plans) 2. Demo the mechanical room wall, close in doorway and rebuild the new wall for the control room. Addion of lo of control room. (see plans) 3. Finish interior of command room. 4. Install new entry door for command room. 5. Demo exisng concrete floor and repour new concrete. 6. Install new drains. 7. Demo the old roof from inside the staon and install new steel on ceiling. 8. Insulate ac. 9. Demo exisng doors and install 10. Demo exisng furnaces and install 2 new Mini splits for meeng room. 11. Install radiant tube heaters in staon bays. Builder spec. 12. Demo, relocate, and install electrical service. Upgrade lighng and outlets in staon bays. (builder design). Relocate Sentry Siren and generator controls to new locaon. 13. Install new mop faucets in center bay
