The Town of Midale is accepting tenders for a building demolition, removal and clean up of the property located at 212 Main St., Midale, SK., Lot 23 Blk 3 Plan B641. The successful contractor (including any sub-contractors they use) will be responsible for: - All line locates through Sask First Call; - Safe and complete removal of all structures and debris, including proper disposal of all materials in accordance with all applicable Acts, Regulations and Bylaws under Federal, Provincial and Municipal jurisdiction; - Proper use of PPE following the Town of Midale's Occupational Health & Safety Policy; - Proper signage, barricades and maintenance of the site, including public safety abutting the site; - Leveling the lot to grade; - Complete all work within seven (7) days of commencement. Start date to be established between the Contractor and the Town; - Confirmation of Liability Insurance (minimum five million dollars in liability); - Confirmation of Saskatchewan WCB account in good standing; Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
