Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex Field #1 Ballfield Renovation- The City of Melbourne ("CITY") is requesting bids from qualified firms ("BIDDER") for Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex Field #1 Ballfield Renovation as specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for the killing and removal of existing infield clay, regrading ballfield to have a conical slope of.5% finished grade from the mound, build clay pitcher's mound, install new Certified Common Bermuda sod infield, install bases and pitching rubber (supplied by the CITY) at Eddie Lee Taylor Baseball Field #1 (NW field). II. SERVICE LOCATION(S) Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Center 3316 Monroe Street Melbourne, FL 32901 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities. **BIDS OPEN - Sealed bids will be opened in the Procurement Division's conference room (unless otherwise specified) located at 900 E. Strawbridge Avenue, 2nd Floor, Melbourne, Florida 32901 on the date and time specified in the ITB schedule.
