The City of Ottawa Has a Requirement for Exterior and Debris Clean Up and Grass Cutting Services, on an as and When Requested Basis, to Various Private Properties Throughout the City of Ottawa, in Accordance With the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of This Request for Standing Offer (Rfso). Commercial General Liability Insurance Issued on an Occurrence Basis for an Amount of Not Less Than $5,000,000 Per Occurrence for Any Negligent Acts or Omissions by the Contractor. Such Insurance Shall Include, but is Not Limited to, Bodily Injury, Death and Property Damage Including Loss of Use: Premises, Property and Operations Liability; Products and Broad Form Completed Operations Liability; Blanket Contractual Liability; Cross Liability; Severability of Interest Clause; Contingent Employers Liability; Personal Injury Liability; Owner and Contractors Protective Coverage; Nonowned Automobile Liability; Broad Form Property Damage; and Occurrence Property Damage. The Commercial General Liability Insurance Policies Shall Be in the Name of the Contractor and Shall Name the City of Ottawa as an Additional Insured. The Period for Placing Call-ups Against This Standing Offer Shall Be From Date of Authorization Until 28 February 2025. This Standing Offer May Further Be Extended for Up to Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Extension Periods Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
