Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.

Roseburg National Cemetery Repair pump house for pond The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, services, and supervision to perform landscape irrigation work described herein to improve existing irrigation system at Roseburg National Cemetery (RNC), located in Roseburg California. Work includes, but not limited to repairing pump motors, cleaning equipment, and replacing necessary parts in the pump house to insure proper operation of the irrigation system. Work will be accomplished in accordance with VA requirements, Federal, State, and Local Code requirements. All work will be conducted in such a manner as to minimize the impact on the cemetery operations. Burial activities shall take precedence over construction activities. Construction noise during the committal services shall not disturb the service. Submission of a schedule that minimizes the effect of normal operations on the cemetery shall be approved by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Cemetery Director prior to the start of work. Project Location: Roseburg National Cemetery Annex - 913 NW Garden Valley Boulevard, Oregon 97471 Vendor Site visit. A vendor site visit is scheduled for June 7, 2024, 10am-11am PST. Please email your intent to the attend the site visit to Ralph Crum at Ralph.Crum@va.gov.
