An estimated total construction cost of $10.0 million. The Berrien County Emergency Management Department is seeking bids for the expansion of its 911 and Emergency Operation Center. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to seek professional architectural and engineering design to achieve the relocation of these two facilities into 500 Circle Drive. Furthermore, it is the Counties' desire to have the contractor awarded to continue with construction management of the approved design. Question Deadline 06/12/2024 Questions related to this request for qualifications must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, Financial Services, at purchasing@berriencounty.org, or by mail at County of Berrien Financial Services, 701 Main Street, 4th Floor, Saint Joseph, MI 49085. Answers to the scope of work or specifications will be published by Friday, June 21, 2024 for all potential offerors to review on the electronically. November 11, 2024 Expected Initiation of Contract The Berrien County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or make any deviations deemed in the best interest of Berrien County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
