The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 48,000 feet of varying 10-inch, 8 inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch ductile iron, HDPE, and SDR PVC 17 water main and appurtenances and construction of a premanufactured booster station. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination in accordance with the provisions of the Davis Bacon Act. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. Hecla Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. Question Deadline 06/26/2024 All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 110 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
