Reference Number 0000271416 The Rural Municipality of Oakview (the Owner) is issuing this Tender for the capping and closure of an existing waste trench and conversion of the site to a Waste Transfer Station (WTS). The Location of the Project is the Rapid City Waste Disposal Ground (WDG) in the Municipality of Oakview, Manitoba, SW 29-13-19 WPM. The construction of the Waste Transfer Station will generally consist of site grading, development and restoration of an on-site borrow pit, moving waste stockpiles, installation of a retaining wall (Armtec Bin Wall), ramp construction, fence construction, compacted clay liner and clay cap installation, provision of cast-in place concrete of pads and fence supports, construction of associated site works including berms and drainage ditches, and restoration of the site (seeding and reclamation of the borrow pit). Work does not include .1 Supply of waste collection bins. .2 Supply of Armtec Bin- Wall Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
