Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lemoore, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

2024 Annual Road Maintenance Project A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the City of Lemoore will be required to accompany each proposal. The form of the bidder's bond shall be that which is supplied by the City. The contract Time for the Project Construction shall be forty-five (45) working days from the date established in the Owner's Notice to Proceed following City approval. The project will need to be completed before the end of the 2024 calendar year. The City of Lemoore further reserves the right to delete such portions of the work as it deems necessary or expedient and the right to perform such portions of the work by force account as it deems necessary to expedite the completion of the project. The Contractor is expected to coordinate his work with that of City forces to cause the least delay in the completion of the Contract.
