Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of the existing on-site building, structures concrete, and landscaping. The project will also include the cutting and capping of the existing sewer and water utilities. License Requirements Valid Class "C21" Contractor's License issued by the State of California.
