In general, the nature of the work involves the construction of domestic water facilities including but not limited to pipelines, water services, fire hydrants, air release valves, blow offs and other appurtenances. The District is seeking bids for an annual 12-month (one year) "on-call" contract for installation/replacement of these types of water facilities which are located in the County of Sacramento, City of Folsom, and County of Placer. This work also includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, pavement and landscaping. Additionally, the Work will also include loading, transporting, and disposal of non hazardous waste material from the District's Water Treatment Plant to a designated landfill. The original contract period will be between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with three (3) District optional 12-month (one year) renewals. The Contractor must be available on an "on-call" basis for both non-emergency and emergency work.
