Site work and paving for a civil project in Granite Bay, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of replacing 45 1-inch and 2-inch existing combination air release valves (ARVs), with a District option to replace an additional or substitute up to 3 existing ARVs, all within the southeastern portion of Placer County and northeast portion of SJWD's service area. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition, furnishing and installing ARVs (and appurtenances), excavation, backfill, and compaction, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and landscape restoration. Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days, from the date when the contract time commences to start. The Contract Documents contain a full description of the Work and requirements.
