The Project consists of approximately 8,200 LF of 30"-32" HDPE pipe, 3,350 LF of 6"-10" HDPE pipe, 2 pressure reducing stations, pipeline appurtenances, and other work. Materials are a combination of owner-supplied and contractor-supplied. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Any statements made by East Fork Irrigation District representatives, agents or employees at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the District unless confirmed by written addendum to the Contract Documents. The Contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (4OUSC276a) and the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project is being funded by the Oregon Water Resource Department, United States Bureau of Reclamation, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and East Fork Irrigation District.
