Renovation of an educational facility in Gibsonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of a hardware conversion for the interior doors at 30 locations within Eastern Guilford Middle School. The quote includes materials and labor to install: 3 Schlage EVEREST L9000 Mortise Locks 25 Panic Bars 1 Key box per location Contractor to modify and install all hardware. Removal of all hardware. Clean and remove trash. Quote to include materials and labor to install: 30 Schlage EVEREST 8 Crash Bars 1 Key box per location All classrooms shall be storeroom function. Storeroom Function Lock: The outside lever/handle is always locked. It does not turn or open the door unless you use a key. The inside lever/handle always allows free egress The door automatically locks when closed It cannot be left unlocked from the outside Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals for this project. The Guilford County BOE Reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Guilford County Schools reserves the right to award this project in part or in whole, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the district. The award is contingent upon availability of funds.
