A brief description of work in the project follows: The existing cooling tower will be removed and replaced. A VSD will be added for the tower fan. New piping will be installed as needed to install the cooling tower. DDC controls will be installed on the new cooling tower. Install wells, sensors. Add points as necessary. Electrical will require modifications. Bids may not be withdrawn or changed for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. E-Verify Requirements: This project requires the awarded vendor to comply with the requirements of E-Verify. (U.S. law requiring companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States - either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization.) Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
