Site work for a civil project in Gibsonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of installing new water infrastructure in the vicinity of NC Highway 61 in Gibsonville, North Carolina. The primary work includes: installation of approximately 8,440 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) waterline, using open cut and bore & jack installation methods; installation of approximately 3,550 linear feet of 16-inch DIP waterline, including open cut and bore and jack installation under the NCRR corridor; installation of a packaged booster pump station; and connection to existing 12-inch and 8-inch waterlines. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina, and a 5% bid security must accompany each bid. Each successful bidder will be required to provide a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond as security for the performance and payment of all obligations arising from the contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Note Correction: Bidders are advised that the instructions to bidders has been revised to include the correct pre-bid date of Thursday, December 18th, 2025 @ 2:00 pm at Town of Gibsonville Town Hall.
