SCOPE: The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Erie and Niagara Counties is seeking qualified firms with experience in the planning, design, and construction of trails and bikeways. The scope of the project is to undertake two (2) feasibility/concept plans with respect to establishing on- and off-road trails and bikeways in the Buffalo Niagara region with the option to renew the contract to include future feasible studies.
