Renovation of a municipal facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Project consists of window replacement on the City Hall portion of the building including hazardous materials abatement and window removals, aluminum window system installation, solar window film, and window treatments. Project work excludes work on entrance door assemblies, decorative glass block windows, and the Police Department. This project is being funded in part by grants administered by DASNY Under Article 15A, Executive Law, it is the policy of the State of New York to encourage participation of minority and women-owned business on enterprises in Stare-funded projects. Each bidder must submit a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bed and a non- collusive bidding cortificate in accordance with Chapter 751 of the Laws of New York The City of Tonawanda has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity organization. Submit all questions as to errors, omissions and/or discrepancies about the Specifications in writing to the ARCHITECT. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record as addenda to the Specifications, and will become part of the Contract Documents. The ARCHITECT will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 5 business days before bid opening will not be answered.
