Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Buffalo, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals for professional engineering design services for its parking system. While Projects designed under this Resultant Agreement may require some typical architectural and engineering services, Design Professionals (DP) awarded a Resultant Agreement must perform specialty engineering services as the Projects executed will impact the parking system, specifically parking garages and surface lots. As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park may award multiple zero-dollar Resultant Agreements in an effort to ensure that there are multiple DPs with the required expertise and experience. Each DP will sign a Resultant Agreement for a three (3) year initial term which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by either party is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
