As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Project generally includes, but is not limited to the following: The City of Bozeman Stormwater Improvements on East Peach Street and East Tamarack Street Project consists of installing two (2) 96-inch stormwater hydrodynamic separator units. The hydrodynamic separator units will be installed on East Peach Street connecting to the existing 27 inch RCP stormwater main between North Montana Avenue and North Rouse Avenue. The East Tamarack Street unit will be connected to the existing 30 in. RCP stormwater main between North Bozeman Avenue and North Rouse Avenue. Completion of this work will include connections to the existing stormwater system, surface restoration, and traffic control. All work will be completed within existing City of Bozeman Road right-of-way. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2024 Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Copies of the bid bond provided by the Contractor's Surety Company, a certified check or cashier's check shall be uploaded through QuestCDN Electronic Bid Bond. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed to all parties recorded by QuestCDN as having downloaded the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
