Under this proposal, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary to perform and provide pavement markings and work incidental thereto. The contractor will perform this work at various locations in areas within the City of Wauwatosa, all in accordance with contract Pre-Qualification: Yes Est. Completion Date: Nov. 22, 2024 3.01 The Project has been designed by the City of Wauwatosa. All work shall be done under the supervision of the Board of Public Works represented by the City Engineer and to their satisfaction. The City Engineer shall decide all questions which arise as to the quality and acceptability of materials furnished, work performed, manner of performance, rate of progress of the work, interpretation of the plans and specifications, acceptable fulfillment of the contract, compensation and disputes and mutual rights between Contractors under these specifications. The City Engineer shall determine the amount and quantity of work performed and materials furnished.
