Question Deadline 06/19/2024 The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is June 19, 2024. The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, lighting and lighting control replacement of the Lower Campus Parking Structure. Scope of work includes removal of light fixtures and lighting controls, installation of new light fixtures, automated lighting controls, submittal of required documentation to Hawaii Energy for a UH rebate, and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. The University reserves the right at any time, if additional funds are available, to add additional work to the project scope during construction. The work may include, but is not limited to new work, repairs, upgrades, and demolition. Any additional work will generally be within the Project limits. UHM - Parking Structure Lighting Replacement Start of Service Date: 09/02/2024 End of Service Date: 04/30/2025 The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is June 19, 2024. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum.
