Westerly High School. Work in both the Boys and Girls Locker Rooms involves installation of a temporary partition to allow for demolition of existing shower areas in their entirety, installation of new single-use toilet/shower rooms. The work includes demolition of above ceiling water supply and under-slab piping, water supply and sanitary piping to new fixtures. Finish upgrades include: new suspended ceilings, epoxy flooring, and new lockers and benches. Refer to drawings for additional scope associated with Locker Room Renovations. Hazardous material abatement is not anticipated. However, due to the age of the building, hazardous material may be encountered in chases, on piping, etc. An allowance will be identified for Hazardous Material Abatement if required. The project shall be in accordance with all aspects of RIDE, including NE CHPS and Green Building Standards.
