The Town of Westerly on behalf of the Tower Street Community Center is requesting bids from demolition companies to demolish a school building/facility located at 93 Tower Street, approximately 41,429 gross square feet on approximately 11 acres with approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of parking lot which was constructed in 1956 and to remove all demolition debris to an appropriate disposal site. The demolition services desired include, but are not limited to, the preparation of reports, project management, and onsite representation during performance of demolition and clean-up, as well as those further described herein. The Tower Street Community Center reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest evaluated bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Tower Street Community Center.
