Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fridley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 06/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work includes the construction of approximately: 446 SY - Concrete Pavement Replacement (6" Depth) 7 EA - Install Drainage Structure *Special (Hydrodynamic Separator) 446 SY - Concrete Pavement Removal (Full Depth) 6 EA - Remove Drainage Structure COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by November 22, 2024. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
