Site work for a mixed-use development in Cache Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Owner is seeking to engage a general contractor to complete the various infrastructure recovery projects related to the 2023 Cache Creek Flood. There are four (4) separate projects, which will need to be invoiced independently. All works will be done in accordance with MMCD and supplemental specifications outlined in the enclosed sample agreement. The completion of the following work is expected (approximate quantities): Project A - Todd Road Bridge Repairs Remove and dispose of broken asphalt and base material. Supply and compact structural fill to return bridge approaches to original contours. Reestablish rip rap armoring along shoreline Construct lock block retaining wall to protect timber piles. Supply and install concrete Deadman blocks and tie to existing abutment wall. Supply asphalt, base and subbase material to repave Approximately 160m2 of road on bridge approaches. Replace bridge deck wear material - 170 pieces 4"x10"x16' No.2 or better Douglas fir. 1 - Remove and replace Storm manhole 1 - Remove and replace Hydrant assembly 1 - Relocate gate valve Project B - Fire Department Apron Remove and dispose of existing concrete apron and reinforcement Form and pour new reinforced concrete apron. Approx 200 m2 Project C- Stage Road Retaining wall. Provide traffic control on Stage Road during construction. Saw cut, remove and dispose of existing asphalt road, curb, and sidewalk at excavation limits. Remove and reinstate street light conduit and chain link fence. Excavate and disassemble concrete block retaining wall. Reconstruct wall including geotextile and geogrid. Approx 20 m2 of wall face area. Replace approx. 20 m2 of Concrete sidewalk and 13 linear meter of curb and gutter as per MMCD standard drawing C-2. Replace approximately 30 m2 of Asphalt roadway. Project D - Hwy 97 Sidewalk replacement Provide traffic control on Hwy 97 during construction. Remove and replace approx. 125 m2 concrete sidewalk and 66 linear meter of curb and gutter as per MMCD standard drawing C-3.
