Demolition and site work for a residential development in Cache Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The project comprises the following: 1. Installation of Safety Fencing (Conditional): 1. Erect safety fencing around the perimeter of the property if the project turnaround time exceeds one week. The fencing is intended to prevent unauthorized access during the project. This will not be required if the project can be completed in one week or less. 2. Hazardous Materials Assessment: 1. Conduct a hazardous materials assessment, including testing for asbestos and other hazardous substances, to inform a demolition plan and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. 3. Demolition Permit: 1. Obtain the necessary demolition permits from local authorities before commencement of work. 4. Demolition and Removal of Burned-out Building: 1. Demolish the existing burned-out structure on the property and remove all debris. Ensure safe handling and disposal of all materials in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. 5. Asbestos and Hazardous Material Removal (If Applicable): 1. If asbestos or other hazardous materials are present, safely remove and dispose of these substances in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, including BC’s Hazardous Waste Regulations. 6. Foundation Removal: 1. After demolition of the building, remove the existing foundation entirely. All materials must be disposed of in accordance with local waste management regulations. 7. Ground Securing and Leveling: 1. Once the foundation has been removed, permanently fill in any openings in the ground, including basements, wells, or other cavities. Level the ground to ensure it is safe and stable, remedying any hazards or nuisances posed by the site. The finished product shall be remediated to level vacant land with no present hazards.
