Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Sebastian Inlet District is seeking competitive bids to rehabilitate approximately 190 linear feet of revetment structure with 4-foot diameter granite and construct a steel, sheet pile seawall with concrete sidewalk deck along portions of the Sebastian Inlet north jetty that were impacted by storms. Upon the OWNER's Notice-to-Proceed, mobilization of equipment and construction may begin. All construction shall be completed by July 31, 2025. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the OWNER (Sebastian Inlet District) in writing by Friday, June 28, 2024 to be considered.
