King County ("County") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to obtain qualification submittals from Contractors interested in testing polymer for the dewatering operations at West Point Treatment Plant (Category 1), and South Treatment Plant (Category 2). This is a two-tier procurement process for both Category 1 and Category 2. In the First tier, bench and performance (pre-trial) testing of supplier products will be conducted at West Point Treatment Plant for Category 1, and South Treatment Plant for Category 2. The purpose of the trials are to determine if County performance specifications are met.
