SCOPE Jasper ISD is requesting proposals to mow, edge, and trim around buildings and sidewalks, fences, play areas, playground equipment, trees, poles, parking areas and all other obstructions. As part of the service, the contractor shall pick up trash on grassy areas, keep parking lots, fence lines, and sidewalks clear of weeds and debris, trim limbs of campus trees as needed, trim low growing limbs of campus trees, haul off light debris, such as limbs and branches, blow debris off of sidewalks, pull weeds from flower beds, trim hedges and shrubbery as needed. Any contract resulting from this proposal will be effective for a period of one (1) year. This service agreement shall be for the period of the 2024-2025 fiscal year ending 8/31/2025, commencing September 1, 2024 and ending at August 31st, 2025. The agreement may be renewed for additional twelve (12) month period at the option of the District. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive any formalities and to accept the offer that is determined to be the best value to the District.
