Site work for a water / sewer project in Richwood, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of approximately 1,875 linear feet of gravity sewer, new installation of approximately 7,600 linear feet of gravity sewer, approximately 1400 linear feet of cast-in-place-pipe (relining), install approximately 50 new 48" manholes, a new 200 GPM lift station, new packaged grinder pump station, pump replacements at existing lift stations, flow meter installations, and various other requisite repairs and appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed within 360 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 390 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Richwood in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The City of Richwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
