Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Richwood, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project will include the installation of 1 new 10kw air handler, and a 2-ton heat pump with a new thermostat, wiring, connection to existing ductwork, electrical disconnects, and construction of one new concrete paver pad for the heat pump. The project will also include the removal and disposal of the existing furnace system. The Monongahela National Forest has a requirement to replace the HVAC equipment in the Gauley Ranger Station housing, located at 932 North Fork Cherry Road Richwood, WV 26261. This requirement is being solicited under Far Part 13 in conjunction with far part 36. All s are due back by March 21, 2025. Magnitude of Construction Project Under $25,000.00
