The City of Richwood is seeking sealed bids on the demolition of the two structures purchased through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the WV Division Homeland Security & Emergency Management. The City of Richwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The following will be required for the faithful performance of the contract: a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the City of Richwood, OR an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening.
