Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winsted, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town will not accept submissions by e-mail or fax. The Town will reject proposals received after the date and time noted above. The project consists of the removal and reconstruction of a roadway-support retaining wall and the associated full-depth reconstruction of the adjacent roadway. Bid security, list of proposed subcontractors and material suppliers, evidence of authority to do business in the state, Contractor's license number, and bidder qualification statement shall be furnished with the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof if to do so is deemed in the best interest of the Town. An Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
