CT State Community College is seeking proposals for Snow Removal Services at their Northwestern Campus. The contract period for services shall be for three (3) years commencing approximately October 1, 2024 through September 31, 2027. The contract may, by mutual agreement, be renewed and extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods consistent with the terms and conditions of the original contract. ***Prebid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection shall be held as outlined below to answer any questions and explain details regarding the specifications and scope of work to be performed. This pre-bid meeting and site inspection will give prospective bidding Contractors the opportunity to investigate and fully acquaint themselves with the conditions relating to the job so that they may fully understand the facilities, difficulties and restrictions attending the execution of the work. All bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting to have satisfied themselves as to work conditions, RFP specifications and requirements. A sign in sheet will be available on the day of the pre-bid meeting which all attendees must sign in order to be considered for award.
