The Town of Winchester is seeking qualifications from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services for the preliminary design and planning of the following projects: 1. A new Department of Public Works Facility (DPW) located at 189 Rowley Street, Winsted, CT, and 2. A possible future Winchester Police Department (WPD) at the former Bank of America Building at 44 Elm Street, Winsted, CT. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Paul Harrington, Town Manager, at tmoffice@townofwinchester.org by August 22, 2024 at 5pm EST. Responses will be issued no later than August 26, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to negotiate any and all nonmandatory contract terms with the successful proposer, or to cancel this procurement at any time if it is in the Town's best interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
