Martin Luther King Blvd Suite 300 Americus, GA 31719 Phone: (229)928-4590 Ext. 2000 E-mail: DDowdell@sumtercountyga.us The Board of Commissioners of Sumter County, Georgia (hereafter "Sumter County") is requesting proposals for SUMTER COUNTY ROOF REPLACEMENT General Conditions and Specifications may be obtained or examined during business hours at the Sumter County Clerk's Office at 500 West Lamar Street, Suite 100, Americus, Georgia, 31709 or downloaded from the link on the Sumter County website. Time is of the essence. The successful contractor must be able to enter into a contract with Sumter County within 7 days from the date of award. The contractor shall commence meaningful work on the project within 5 days after execution of the parties agreement, and full performance shall be completed five to seven days depending on contract from the beginning date of meaningful work.
