The purpose of the Laguna Parking Pavement Preservation project is to preserve existing asphalt by repairing asphalt deterioration and sealing the pavement surface with a slurry seal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, including incidentals, necessary for asphalt repairs, slurry seal, and pavement markings.. The USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, Mesa Ranger District, Phoenix, Arizona has a project to preserve existing asphalt facilities by repairing asphalt deterioration and sealing the pavement surface with a slurry seal. Davis Bacon wages apply. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract using RFQ Best Value Trade-Off method. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bonds are required by in accordance with block 12a and are received by electronic submission only.
