The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performing the following types of work on an hourly or unit price basis, without any guarantee as to volume of such work, for the next two (2) year period, with the Ports option for a one (1) year renewal, at properties owned by the Port: Providing all maintenance and repair work required for Port owned utility infrastructure including, but not limited to its: (i) fire suppression system consisting of the fire pump house/water tank and fire transmission lines, (ii) Westgate water system (Road G NE), (iii) Westgate domestic wastewater system (Road G NE and Tower), (iv) US Forest Service 4 force main, and (v) industrial wastewater system. All maintenance and repair work shall be per formed pursuant to (i) the applicable operations and maintenance manuals, (ii) applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes, and (iii) Port direction. The Port of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
