Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stanley, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain a bid to perform the described work located in Stanley, NB in accordance to the Contract Documents as prepared by EXP Services Inc. This project includes resurfacing of Giants Glenn Road in Stanley NB and related works as defined in the Contract Documents. It is intended that work covered by this project be paid as a unit price remuneration in accordance with the contract documents. Bid Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from EXP Services Inc., 1133 Regent Street, Suite 300, Fredericton, NB E3B 3Z2 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (including HST). A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.
