Notice to Proceed – July 16, 2024 The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough to place gravel on the following North, South, West, and Central Region Roads: ITB24-053 Gravel Project - West Region, Units 1 & 2 Mallard Road, 400 cubic yards KPB Type II; Beam Avenue, 400 cubic yards of KPB Type II; Wilson Street, 600 cubic yards of KPB Type II; Gruber Road, 1,050 cubic yards of KPB Type II Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on June 19, 2024. Questions may be submitted through the online questions and answers section of this bid online, faxed to (907) 714-2373 or emailed to purchasing@kpb.us. The subject line of the email should read, "Questions: "ITB24-053 GRAVEL PROJECT - WEST REGION"
