Grand County seeks to contract for a cultural survey for future building/construction sites at the Kremmling Airport McElroy Field. To conduct a cultural survey of all future development areas at Kremmling Airport McElroy Field. A report of findings shall be submitted to Grand County in written and presentation form. The cultural survey field work shall be completed in the spring and summer of 2024. A report of findings shall be submitted in written format no later than September 20, 2024. A verbal presentation of findings may be scheduled for September 25, 2024 This RFP may be cancelled at any time without prior notice at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners of Grand County. Any or all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part, without liability, if determined to be in the best interest of Grand County. Grand County reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information for any proposal. Grand County seeks a qualified and experienced Contractor that will provide the best value and fit the needs of Grand County. The lowest bid may not be the awarded bid. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the Grand County Board of County Commissioners, sample included as Exhibit A. The Agreement shall be for a period beginning approximately July 1, 2024 and ending approximately October 31, 2024. If Grand County and the Contractor cannot successfully negotiate terms and execute a contract within 30 days of selection under this RFP, Grand County reserves the right to negotiate and award the contract to the next most qualified contractor. All work shall be conducted in accordance with Federal, State and local policies, procedures, and regulations.
