construction of a loop drive and parking areas for are creational picnic area to be built west of the existing Township Parkway. Drive to be a minimum of16feetin width,gradedto20feet, with 40' x 100'and 40' x 40'parking areas. Drive and parking areas should be constructed with a minimum 12 inch subbase of 95% compacted MDOT Class II granular material topped with a minimum of 4 inches 98% compacted MDOT 22A aggregate.
